Greetings fellow Minnesotans!

As many of us know, one of the things Minnesota is most known for is being the State of Hockey! So, let's take a night and celebrate this sport that so many of us hold dear. As a staff person at the Washington Capitals and fellow Minnesotan, I would like to invite the Minnesota State Society members to a special night when the Washington Capitals play the Montreal Canadiens on Wednesday, February 18, 2009. This event will open with a special pre-game dinner at the private Dewar's 12 club located inside of the Verizon Center with all you can eat and drink! The Minnesota State Society will have a special section within the club pre-game with some possible special appearances from the Mascot or Spirit Squad.

• Time: 6:00 pm (full dinner/reception); 7:30 pm puck drop
• Where: Verizon Center , 601 F St. , Washington , DC (Metro: Gallery Place/Chinatown, Yellow/Green/Red lines)
