Gretchen Otto Pimentel, Esq. was born and
raised in Rochester, Minnesota. She graduated from Lourdes High
School, the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis, and the William Mitchell College of Law.
While at the University, Gretchen was an All American in the 400 meter
hurdles, Track MVP, and Big Ten Champion and record holder in the 600
meter dash.
Gretchen is admitted to practice law in New York and Minnesota where
she specialized in criminal defense. She continues to be active in the
American Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association, where
she has held many high ranking positions, including Program Director
for the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division, a public service
organization of 124,000 members. She is also a champion toastmaster
and has won many area and division contests.
Gretchen relocated to the Washington,
DC area to marry her spouse, Frank Pimentel, Esq., a Washington
DC-based attorney with Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. Gretchen is
currently taking time off to raise the couple's three sons
and daughter.
